Job summary

India Gold Metaverse in Mumbai is seeking an operations lead to own day-to-day business ops across payments, reconciliation, settlements, vaulting, and customer journeys.

You will act as the bridge across shared Ops, Finance and CX, design daily reconciliation processes, set up SOPs and incident playbooks, and coordinate with Ops, CX, Finance and Engineering vendors to ensure smooth operations and timely settlements.

Qualifications

• 58 years in business ops for fintech/payments/wealth products.
• Strong understanding of settlements, reconciliations, audits or gold ops is a plus.
• Experience writing SOPs and incident/rollback frameworks.
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.
