A leading home textiles company in Mumbai seeks an experienced professional to manage and grow the business by playing an active role in sourcing, pricing, and product development. Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree and between 5 to 10 years of experience in merchandising or business management, with exposure to US markets. Key responsibilities include supporting the US sales team and managing quality specs from factories, along with substantial travel to China and the USA.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of experience in merchandising or business management role.
• Well-travelled to USA with experience working with major retail customers.

• Well-travelled to USA and working experience with major retail customers in USA.
• Managed a team of people in previous roles.
• Analytical, proactive, problem solving, time management and decision-making skills. Excellent communication skills.
