Caterpillar Inc. in India is seeking an experienced senior finance professional to provide primary financial and accounting support for a focus facility, subsidiary, or business unit.

You will deliver business analysis, cost analysis, and strategic planning to the Management Team. The role involves budgeting, ROI analysis, pricing studies, and monthly reporting including RBM and annual business processes, with a CA qualification and MBA preferred for a candidate with 10–15 years in manufacturing

Role Definition

Primary financial and accounting support for a focus facility, subsidiary, or business unit team; providing business analysis, cost analysis, financial counsel and strategic planning/analysis support to the Management Team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with business unit planning for upper level management, including facility manager, business unit manager and Vice President.
• Cost and investment analysis for upper level management (i.e. plant rates, ROI, Pricing and Make/Buy studies).
• Involved in consensus decision-making regarding the facility and/or business being supported.
• Responsible for routine monthly reporting including profit center results and Rolling Business Management (RBM) as well as annual business processes, including the business plan, and executive reviews.

Degree Requirement

CA Qualified

MBA degree preferred

Experience: 10-15 years preferred from manufacturing industry
