Job summary

NAF Technology India is seeking a skilled Business Data Analyst to design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports. You will work with cross-functional teams to merge data from SQL/Snowflake sources and ensure data quality for actionable insights.

You will collaborate with onshore analysts across time zones, apply DAX, SSRS/Tableau skills, and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience creating Power BI dashboards using DAX functions and merging data sources.
• Experience in building SSRS reports with multiple data sources.
• SQL knowledge including querying Snowflake and data quality checks.

Responsibilities Work with lead analyst onshore to develop, enhance, and maintain reports and dashboards to drive stakeholder engagement and report cohesiveness. Experience in building Power BI Dashboards using DAX Functions / merging multiple data sets/data sources. Experience in building SSRS Reports using merging multiple data sets/data sources. SQL knowledge required (Snowflake preferred), in querying data sets, identifying data quality issues. Strong attention to detail. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills Can function collaboratively as part of a fast-paced, customer-oriented team, perform effectively and demonstrate willingness to support the team on all levels to get the job done. Ability to effectively communicate and update stakeholders across time zones. Other duties may be assigned.

• Experience working with a team to design and implement solutions to complex problems.
• Have attention to detail to ensure the highest level of quality/rigor in solutions.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Must be a team player.
• Must have clear and effective communication.
• SQL/Snowflake experience.
• Experience in Visualization tools like Power BI to create clean, visually compelling charts that will help understand discoveries and empower others to use data to make key decisions.
• Own the development, enhancement, and maintenance of ongoing reports, dashboards, etc. to drive stakeholder engagement.

• Bachelor's degree in business, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field preferred.
• Experience working with Power BI, SSRS (or) Tableau
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Data Analyst, Data Engineer or equivalent desired.
• Relevant experience as a business analyst, data analyst or related role is a plus.
• Working knowledge of SQL and analyzing complex queries.
• Experience with Snowflake is an added advantage
