HITACHI ENERGY TECHNOLOGY SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Data Analytics/BI professional in Chennai to own Salesforce CRM activities, build Power BI dashboards for Sales, BD, and Finance, and lead automation initiatives using Power Apps. The role supports data quality improvements and sales process optimization across the Transformer Business Unit.

The candidate will also develop Power Apps and SharePoint solutions for sales operations, map views by segment and country, and explore RPA

Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce CRM administration, user management, dashboards and reporting.
• Proficiency in building Power BI dashboards for business functions such as Sales, BD and Finance.
• Knowledge of Power Apps and SharePoint solutions for operations and process support.
• Ability to identify data quality issues and drive improvements across sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Own Salesforce CRM activities including user administration, account management, sales dashboards, reporting and data analytics.
• Prepare Power BI dashboards for GPG functions, mainly Business Development and Finance, and support user training where required.
• Lead automation projects using Power Apps and identify opportunities to automate GPG dashboards and reporting processes.
• Develop and maintain Power Apps and SharePoint based solutions for sales operations and process support.
• Identify inefficiencies and continuously improve sales processes across the Transformer Business Unit.
• Explore and implement robotic process automation opportunities in the business unit.
• Map segment, country and channel views for all factories in the Distribution & Traction Transformers Business.
• Support budget order intake planning, sales KPIs, win/loss analysis, lessons learned and pricing/margin trend reporting.
