Job summary

Teleperformance is seeking a BI Data Analyst to analyze business intelligence data and blend historical data from multiple sources. The role partners with Marketing, Logistics, and Customer Service to model outcomes of new strategies and drive data-informed decisions.

You will lead development of BI solutions, share best practices, and coordinate daily operations within a mixed team. The position supports on-site and work-at-home programs, emphasizing employee development and community impact.

Qualifications

• BI/Data analysis experience helpful.
• Experience with data blending and trend analysis is a plus.
• Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Analyze BI data to inform business and product decisions.
• Blend historical data from reports, public info, field reports or purchased sources for analyses.
• Identify industry/geographic trends and monitor customer trends.
• Partner with Marketing, Logistics, Customer Service to model outcomes of potential strategies.
• Lead development of new BI solutions and share best practices with teammates.
• Coordinate daily operations and oversee short-to-medium term team activities within the BI group.
• Contribute to policy/process improvements within defined tactical/operational scope.

Job Description

Business Intelligence (BI) Data Analysis work includes:

• Analyzing business intelligence data to inform business and product decisions
• Blending historical data from available industry reports, public information, field reports or purchased sources as input to analyses
• Identifying and analyzing industry/geographic trends and competitor market strategies and monitoring current/potential customer trends
• Partners with other areas of the business (e.g., Marketing, Logistics, Customer Service, etc.) to model the outcome of implementing potential business strategies

Positions on this level have advanced knowledge and experience and participates in/leads the development of new solutions/projects. Shares best practice and advice to the co-workers in the professional area. Not only generates own workload but outlines directions to others. Can supervise and coordinate lower-level specialists being single point of contact in complex matters.

Coordinates the daily operations, enables and oversees the implementation of short to medium term activities within the team. Delivers input to policies, processes and standards, where decisions are of tactical and operational nature within a defined scope. Manages a mixed team of Specialist and Support jobs., with full employee lifecycle responsibility.
