Job summary

Teleperformance is seeking a BI Data Analyst to join our India operations in Mohali. You will analyze business intelligence data to inform product decisions and collaborate with Marketing, Logistics, and Customer Service.

We blend data from industry reports, public information, and internal records to uncover trends and competitive insights. A 1–2 year track record in analytics and strong SQL/Power BI skills are valued.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of professional experience in BI/data analysis.
• Experience blending data from internal and external sources for analytics.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Logistics, Customer Service).

Works independently within set frames and follows set course. Has a knowledge base typically acquired from a professional/university degree and approximately 1-2 years of practical professional experience in a particular area. Develops own knowledge, shares best practice and develops relevant/appropriate solutions.
