Job summary

NetApp in Bengaluru is seeking a Strategy and Operations professional to support the CEO and executive staff on high-priority strategic questions, shaping the company's direction and enterprise decisions.

You will perform market sizing, quantitative analyses, automate reporting, and collaborate across functions to drive strategic initiatives with Power BI, SQL, and advanced Excel.

Qualifications

• Experience with business analytics (cohort analysis, sales data analysis) market sizing, and customer/product segmentation.
• Advanced Excel proficiency (macros, complex formulas, automation), and hands-on SQL experience
• Ability to automate workflows and reporting (e.g., PowerPoint automation using VBA or Python)
• Proficiency with data visualization tools (Power BI preferred)

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date market size estimates across all business segments.
• Conduct detailed quantitative analyses and deliver insights for CEO, C-Suite executives, and ad-hoc strategic requests.
• Develop automated solutions for recurring reporting and presentation needs, including slide generation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and decision‑making.
