Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data engineering, big data, or cloud data platforms.
• Proven expertise in Databricks, Apache Spark, and Delta Lake.
• Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, and/or Scala.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Strong understanding of data modeling, lakehouse architecture, and distributed systems.
• Experience with data governance, data security, and compliance practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Preferred: Databricks Certified Data Engineer Professional or Certified Solutions Architect.
• Knowledge of BI/Reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Familiarity with containers/orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Airflow).
• Experience leading enterprise-scale data architecture initiatives.
