Job summary

Aviara Labs is seeking a Business Analyst / Delivery Manager to bridge clients and internal teams in a customer-facing role. You will manage project requirements, ensure timely delivery, and build strong client relationships while driving business value through AI-driven solutions.

Requirements include a graduate degree (B.Tech/MBA preferred), 1+ year of experience in business analysis or delivery, and strong PM knowledge. Fast-paced startup environment experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree is mandatory; B.Tech / MBA preferred.
• Min 1 year of experience in Business Analysis, Project Delivery, or Client Management.
• Proven ability to manage customer-facing roles with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
• Excellent documentation, requirement gathering, and presentation skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project delivery timelines, resource allocation, and quality standards.

• Identify risks, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary to keep projects on track.
• Support pre-sales activities, including proposal preparation and requirement scoping.
