This role demands a highly experienced HR professional with a strong background in hiring tech talent, end-to-end recruitment processes, and overall HR strategy.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Strategy:
    Oversee and guide the Talent Acquisition efforts, working closely with the TA team. Align hiring strategies with organizational goals, ensure recruitment processes are efficient and candidate-centric, and support the TA team in building strong tech talent pipelines.
  2. Onboarding & Employee Experience:
    Design and execute a structured onboarding program for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. Enhance the employee experience by developing engagement initiatives, mentorship programs, and culture-building activities. Create and maintain HR dashboards to track employee engagement and retention.
  3. Performance Management & Career Growth:
    Implement and manage a robust performance management system (OKRs/KPIs). Work closely with managers and leadership to develop career growth paths for employees. Conduct periodic performance appraisals, feedback sessions, and skill development initiatives. Implement a continuous feedback and coaching culture.
  4. Compensation & Benefits:
    Develop and oversee competitive salary structures and benefits packages. Conduct compensation benchmarking and stay updated with market trends in tech and AI industries. Handle salary negotiations, incentive structures, and performance-linked bonus programs. Manage employee perks like stock options (ESOPs), health benefits, and wellness programs.
  5. Employee Relations & Compliance:
    Establish and maintain positive employee relations by resolving grievances and addressing workplace issues. Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and industry best practices. Formulate and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Act as a trusted HR advisor to employees and leadership.
  6. Learning & Development (L&D):
    Design and implement L&D programs, leadership training, and skill development initiatives. Collaborate with external training partners to upskill employees in AI, ML, and Cloud technologies. Conduct internal knowledge-sharing sessions and industry-specific training programs.
  7. HR Technology & Analytics:
    Implement HR tech solutions (HRMS, ATS, performance management tools, and AI-driven HR analytics). Monitor key HR metrics (employee turnover, time-to-hire, hiring success rate, etc.). Drive automation in HR operations, reducing manual efforts and increasing efficiency.
  8. Culture & Employer Branding:
    Foster a diverse, inclusive, and high-performance work culture. Organize team-building activities, town halls, and engagement initiatives. Work closely with marketing teams to promote Nuacem AI’s employer brand across LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and other platforms.

Key Requirements:

  1. Experience & Industry Knowledge:
    5+ years of HR experience, preferably in the AI, SaaS, or Tech industry. Proven track record of hiring top-tier tech talent (AI/ML Engineers, Data Scientists, Full-Stack Developers, DevOps, etc.). Expertise in end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition strategies, and HR analytics. Experience in fast-scaling startups or AI-based companies is a plus.
  2. Skills & Competencies:
    Strong HR Strategy & Leadership – Ability to align HR initiatives with business goals. Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills – Strong stakeholder management experience. Data-Driven Approach – Use HR analytics to make data-backed decisions. HR Compliance & Legal Expertise – Strong knowledge of labor laws, tax structures, and compliance in the tech industry. Employee Engagement & Cultural Fit – Ability to build a high-performance work culture. HR Tech Knowledge – Hands-on experience with HRMS, ATS, payroll tools, and AI-based recruitment platforms.
  3. Education & Certifications:
    Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certifications like SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent are a plus.
