Job description

Responsibilities:

• To promote/sell & do the marketing for Gladwin's range of IT / Collaboration Solutions / Electronics / AV / Hi-tech digital platform to educational sector / R& D institutions / Universities / Medical/engineering. Colleges / Govt. Sector / Corporate sector.
• Finding new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, and researching competitors.
• Developing relationships with Clients, partners, and sponsors to generate repeat business.
• Developing business strategies, sales tactics, and presentations for potential clients.
• Identifying and generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth.
• Conduct market research and do analysis to understand clients' requirements, create business plans, generate progress reports, and create presentations.
• Tracking business performance and using metrics to evaluate the growth of connections.

Requirements:

• Young male/female dynamic University Graduates / BBA / MBA /B. TECH / BCA etc with good Academic Grades in their respective educational qualification with a flair for good, fluent spoken and written English.
• Candidates from a Prestigious English-medium educational institutional background are preferred.
• You should be in the age group of 18-25 years, willing to work in the Delhi/NCR region, and other parts of India.
