Job summary

Mahindra Finance in Assam is seeking a Sales/Relationship officer to manage existing customer loans, identify new business through referrals, and provide tailored financial solutions across tractor loans, farm equipment finance, auto loans, and other products.

You will conduct field visits, maintain records of interactions and sales performance, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries, requiring 0–1 year in banking or finance and a strong understanding of farming

Qualifications

• 0-1 year of experience in banking or finance industry (preferably in agri-finance).
• Strong understanding of farming practices, agricultural market trends, and rural economy.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills for effective relationship management with customers.
