What to expect from the role: This role reports to the Sales Team Lead.

  1. Strategize to ensure and implement a robust sales pipeline for the assigned product(s) (one or two products as per business requirements).
  2. Measure daily, weekly, monthly performance trends of each team member and take corrective actions to meet the organization's expectations.
  3. Conduct daily team meetings to brief and motivate the team on targets and individual goals.
  4. Own the training and quality of the sales team. Provide training interventions and feedback in coordination with the Product team.
  5. Monitor self-performance continuously while contributing to team performance, tracking metrics like conversion rate, average revenue per lead, and average revenue per sale.
  6. Analyze and share feedback about customer behavior, market demands, and competition with the marketing team in consultation with senior sales team members.
  7. Provide prompt reports on crucial issues and suggest solutions.

  1. Exceptional communicator and influencer capable of delivering persuasive sales pitches.
  2. Result-driven with experience in target-centric roles.
  3. Confident, persevering risk-taker thriving in high-performance, high-growth environments.
  4. Self-learners with high grasping ability.
  5. Good understanding of CRM management (Salesforce, Lead Squared, NoPaperForms, etc.).
  6. Exposure to financial and accounting courses or similar industry is a plus.
