Job description

About the internship:

1. Visiting assigned localities in South Delhi (Malviya Nagar, Saket, Khirki Extension, Lajpat Nagar and nearby areas) and covering them street by street to find property dealers, including offline and unlisted ones
2. Taking geotagged photos of property dealer boards, to-let and for sale boards, and posters, and recording dealer names and contact numbers
3. Meeting property dealers in person, collecting visiting cards, and noting what they deal in (rentals, resale, builder floors)
4. Entering all leads daily into a Google Form/Sheet and recording the route covered using a GPS tracking app
5. Helping build a property dealer network for a South Delhi construction firm that builds builder floors
