Job Summary
The Manager Business Development - Technical Textile (Automobiles) is responsible for driving sales and expanding the market presence . This role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with key customers, and executing strategic sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the business in domestic and international markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
- Identify new markets, potential clients, and business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Lead negotiations with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Develop a deep understanding of webbing products, their applications, and industry trends.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and industry trends to enhance market positioning.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for senior management.
- Work closely with internal teams, including production, logistics, and finance, to ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and trade fairs to generate leads and build brand awareness.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business development or sales, in Technical Textiles for automobiles industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel as required.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
