Job summary

Standard Chartered India in Chennai is seeking a Credit Cards Clients Executive to meet Retail Assets business objectives and drive need-based selling. You will deepen customer relationships and maximize credit card penetration through internal channels, while leading a team of 7–8 people to deliver affluent sales and align with bank strategy.

Responsibilities include branch/intra-channel sourcing, strong customer engagement, and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Graduate with MBA would be an advantage.
  • Sales experience of at-least 1 year in Retail Banking; mortgage experience preferred.
  • AMFI, IRDA (and other relevant certification) preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes.
  • Graduate/ Postgraduate with consistent academic career.
  • Extensive sales experience (2 to 5 years).
  • Competitive awareness & benchmarking.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal & relationship building skills.

  • Being a Credit Cards Clients Executive, focus has to be on internal Branch and Intra channel sourcing HVS customer relationship and fulfilling needs with respect to Assets.

  • To comply with all applicable money laundering prevention procedures and, in particular, report any suspicious activity to the Unit Money Laundering Prevention Officer and line manager

Qualifications
  • Must be a graduate. MBAs would be an advantage
  • Candidates having Sales experience of at-least 1 year in the Retail Banking Industry; especially Mortgage experience will be preferred
  • Candidate having AMFI, IRDA (and other relevant certification) certification will be preferred
  • Good knowledge of the selected market and customer segments would be an advantage
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes
  • Strong inter-personal skills, which encourages and promotes enthusiasm and team spirit
