Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Business Development Manager for its Portfolio Management Services division to drive client acquisition and AUM growth.

The role focuses on onboarding HNI/UHNI clients, presenting PMS strategies, and building a robust pipeline through referrals and industry events, while coordinating with PMS research for up-to-date fund performance.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in client acquisition or business development in wealth or asset management.
• Experience in relationship management for HNI/UHNI clients in PMS, AIF, or mutual funds.
• Knowledge of PMS and AIF products, SEBI PMS regulations, and competitive landscape.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with portfolio management and research to stay current on fund performance and market positioning
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, leads and pipeline status
