is hiring a Business Development Manager for its Portfolio Management Services division to drive client acquisition and AUM growth from HNIs and UHNI clients in the PMS, AIF, and wealth management space. The role requires 3-6 years of relevant experience in wealth or asset management, with a deep understanding of PMS/EIF products, SEBI PMS regulations, and a strong network with high-net-worth individuals and family offices.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years experience in client acquisition, business development in wealth or asset management.
• Experience in relationship management for HNI/UHNI clients in PMS, AIF, mutual funds, or family offices.
• Strong understanding of PMS and AIF products, SEBI PMS regulations and competitive landscape.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and onboard HNI and UHNI clients for the PMS offering.
• Conduct client meetings, present the PMS investment philosophy and strategy, and convert leads into signed mandates.
• Prepare and deliver tailored investment proposals, pitch decks and information memoranda.
• Manage end-to-end client onboarding including documentation, KYC, account opening and fund transfer coordination.
• Build and nurture a pipeline through referrals, networking, events and existing relationships.
• Represent the firm at investor summits, wealth conclaves, seminars and industry forums.
• Coordinate with portfolio management and research to stay current on fund performance and market positioning.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, leads and pipeline status.
