Key Responsibilities
  • Drive new customer acquisition by approaching hotels, restaurants, caterers, and signing them up under the RUCO program.

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process of new clients, ensuring smooth integration and operational efficiency.

  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with onboarded customers to ensure consistent UCO productivity.

  • Collaborate with Territory Managers to expand market share and strengthen the UCO discard base.

  • Ensure achievement of assigned sales targets and growth objectives within the allocated region.

  • Conduct regular market visits to track competition, identify opportunities, and build a strong local network.

Candidate Profile
  • Strong on-ground sales and operations experience with proven track record in customer acquisition and relationship management.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with high ownership of targets.

  • Comfortable with fieldwork, market visits, and direct customer interactions.
