A dynamic sales company in Mumbai is seeking a candidate with strong sales and operations experience to drive customer acquisition. You will manage the onboarding process and cultivate long-term relationships with clients. The ideal candidate excels in communication and negotiation, is comfortable with fieldwork, and possesses a proven sales track record. This role offers an opportunity to meet sales targets and collaborate with local partners.
Drive new customer acquisition by approaching hotels, restaurants, caterers, and signing them up under the RUCO program.
Manage the end-to-end onboarding process of new clients, ensuring smooth integration and operational efficiency.
Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with onboarded customers to ensure consistent UCO productivity.
Collaborate with Territory Managers to expand market share and strengthen the UCO discard base.
Ensure achievement of assigned sales targets and growth objectives within the allocated region.
Conduct regular market visits to track competition, identify opportunities, and build a strong local network.
Strong on-ground sales and operations experience with proven track record in customer acquisition and relationship management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with high ownership of targets.
Comfortable with fieldwork, market visits, and direct customer interactions.
