Kalorex Group is actively seeking a dynamic and results-driven "Manager or Executive - Business Development". Looking for a person who has good command over Educational business development, marketing, Eduproduct selling and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities: General - Depends upon Locations products can be different
- Responsible for developing the business by creating awareness about various programs
- Responsible to generate database and market collaterals, information
- Planning of an organization's business development activities & initiatives through innovative ideas/ways in order to increase the business
- Interacting and building relationships with School Principals, Management & Consultants
- Accountable for negotiating with schools/other institutes/Business owners for contracts, initiating proposals
- To plan & develop Centers/ schools
- Visit potential schools & other institutes for strategic tie-up
- Drive admissions Campaign for Schools/ Preschools.
- Develop effective working relationships with internal & external customers through regular meetings
- To identify new avenues of business - B2B Marketing/Selling of Educational products like - Preschool Kits, eKal Academy & Kalorex Future Tech Lab
- Plan & execute strategies for brand awareness by advertising and brand promotion campaign
- Plan & execute events such as seminars, workshops, exhibitions, road shows, saturation campaigns etc.
- Coordinate with publicity firms for outdoor media assessing new markets and analyzing business opportunities by keeping tab on the competition
- Conducting market surveys, competitor analysis and data collection
- To assist for Media campaigns., Website development, Print requirements, at various places as required
- To create, develop, rate, manage & maintain database, information for the developmental usage
- To motivate parents, adhere the schedules and plan the calendars for the events
- Any other task may be assigned by the Management as and when required.
Qualifications:
- Post graduate degree.
- 3+ years of experience in BDM/Sales/Marketing related to education products.
