Key Responsibilities:
- Architect Engagement & Brand Promotion
- Educate architects and decision-makers on brand legacy, vision, and global presence
- Highlight brand association with renowned architects, lighting designers, and consultants
- Promote the value and uniqueness of Complete Bathroom & Lighting Solutions
- Product Presentation & Client Servicing
- Share complete product details across all verticals with architects and specifiers
- Introduce new concepts and launches from brands
- Provide regular updates on innovations, achievements, and product enhancements
- Lead Management & Sales Conversion
- Manage and convert architect and interior designer leads via CRM
- Conduct regular business meetings and track conversion progress with sales teams
- Ensure revenue generation targets for CBLS are met in your territory
- Events & Site Engagement
- Plan and execute engaging events for architects and designers
- Follow up post-events within 20 days to drive project conversion
- Support & Communication
- Provide prompt support on product queries and escalations
- Ensure availability of brochures, catalogs, presentations, and digital media for architects
- Be the single point of contact for all architect-facing activities
