Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect Engagement & Brand Promotion
  • Educate architects and decision-makers on brand legacy, vision, and global presence
  • Highlight brand association with renowned architects, lighting designers, and consultants
  • Promote the value and uniqueness of Complete Bathroom & Lighting Solutions
  • Product Presentation & Client Servicing
  • Share complete product details across all verticals with architects and specifiers
  • Introduce new concepts and launches from brands
  • Provide regular updates on innovations, achievements, and product enhancements
  • Lead Management & Sales Conversion
  • Manage and convert architect and interior designer leads via CRM
  • Conduct regular business meetings and track conversion progress with sales teams
  • Ensure revenue generation targets for CBLS are met in your territory
  • Events & Site Engagement
  • Plan and execute engaging events for architects and designers
  • Follow up post-events within 20 days to drive project conversion
  • Support & Communication
  • Provide prompt support on product queries and escalations
  • Ensure availability of brochures, catalogs, presentations, and digital media for architects
  • Be the single point of contact for all architect-facing activities
