Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic professional to drive business growth and market penetration in Andhra Pradesh for our medical imaging and healthcare product portfolio (CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Digital Radiography, FFDM, HCIT solutions). The role involves developing strong customer relationships, building key opinion leaders (KOLs), and implementing effective sales strategies across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead sales and business development for CT, MRI, USG, DR, FFDM, and healthcare IT solutions in AP.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with KOLs, private hospitals, and medical colleges.
  • Execute market development initiatives including customer connect programs, CME events, and district-level mapping.
  • Monitor regional market share, competition, and sales performance.
  • Provide product training to internal teams, channel partners, and dealers on a quarterly basis.
  • Drive new customer acquisition and ensure repeat business through effective relationship management.
  • Work closely with corporate and product teams to align regional sales with organizational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with company processes, reporting standards, and business ethics.
Qualifications
  • Graduate / Diploma in Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
  • MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales of capital medical equipment (CT, MRI, Ultrasound, HCIT, DR/CR).
  • Prior exposure to OEM sales in Andhra Pradesh region preferred.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
