Role & responsibilities
  • Develop and expand a dealer/distributor network for solar products across Chhattisgarh.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage potential dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Achieve progressive sales targets and ensure consistent business growth by leading the Sales and Marketing team.
  • Build strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, dealers, and partners.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Plan and execute business development strategies, roadshows, dealer meets, and promotional activities.
  • Ensure dealer training, support, and engagement for effective sales performance.
  • Coordinate with the internal sales, service, and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, MIS reports, and progress updates to management.
Preferred candidate profile
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Marketing/Business Development in Solar Energy or related industries (renewable energy, electrical products, power systems, etc.).
  • Strong network and knowledge of solar/renewable energy sector in Chhattisgarh.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and dealer development targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently, travel extensively, and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Graduate in Engineering/Management (MBA preferred, but not mandatory).
