We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive sales in the HoReCa channel (Hotels, Restaurants, Caterers/Cafes). The ideal candidate will have strong industry connections, a knack for building long-term partnerships, and the ability to deliver consistent business growth through effective account management and market development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and onboard new HoReCa clients (hotels, restaurants, QSRs, caterers, canteens, cafes).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with chefs, purchase managers, and decision-makers in HoReCa accounts.
  • Drive sales growth by promoting the product portfolio and ensuring regular order flow.
  • Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and contracts in line with company policies.
  • Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to develop winning strategies.
  • Ensure distributor alignment for smooth supply chain and service to HoReCa clients.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.
  • Conduct product demos, sampling, and chef engagement activities to drive adoption.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) for seamless execution.
Key Skills & Competencies
  • Strong knowledge of the HoReCa industry and existing network is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven with the ability to achieve targets independently.
  • Problem-solving attitude and ability to handle objections tactfully.
  • Good understanding of pricing, margins, and B2B sales dynamics.
