We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and skilled in generating high-quality leads using platforms like LinkedIn, Slintel, ZoomInfo, and other industry tools.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities using LinkedIn, Slintel, ZoomInfo, and similar platforms.
  • Initiate and maintain outreach through Cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn to secure appointments with potential clients.
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies independently.
  • Nurture and manage professional connections to expand our business network.
  • Maintain a strong follow-up system to convert leads into qualified opportunities.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and target markets to refine outreach strategies.

Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in lead generation and appointment setting for international markets.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Slintel, ZoomInfo, or similar lead-gen tools.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently without constant supervision.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in international business development or B2B sales.
