Job summary

A techno-commercial role responsible for establishing and nurturing global customer relationships. The Executive will collaborate closely with internal teams to align customer requirements with technical and production capabilities, ensuring long-term business success and customer satisfaction. This role offers a comprehensive opportunity to lead end-to-end project execution.

Requirements

• RFQ management: reviewing the drawings, obtaining supplier quotes, and working with ERP for internal entries.
• Drive internal project execution aligned with customer expectations, maintaining consistent communication and updates.
• Prepare accurate cost estimations for CNC-machined parts across various materials and production volumes.
• Utilize the existing supplier base and identify new suppliers to support RFQ requirements and enhance competitiveness.
• Ensure quick turnaround on self-generated estimates, supplier quotations, and customer submissions.
• Lead end-to-end project management for new sample development and coordination with cross-functional teams.
• Liaise with freight forwarders and customs to manage international shipments efficiently.
• Respond proactively to customer requirements.

Education & Experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from recognized institutions such as GTTC / NTTF.
