Job Title: Business Development Executive

Reports To: Director of Sales/Head of Business Development

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Exectuive with 3–4 years of proven experience to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating and maintaining long-term business value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Required to make calls and follow up on leads generated through digital marketing.
  • Follow up with the digital marketing team to create a proposal and customized documents.
  • Have to achieve on Weekly and Monthly assigned business target
  • Guide the internal Team
  • Discuss and add new vertical
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure continued business and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to stay updated on industry trends.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and delivery teams to align client requirements and service offerings.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, pitches, and presentations to prospective clients and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate and close business deals, managing the sales cycle from start to finish.
  • Maintain an updated CRM with accurate tracking of leads, deals, and client communications.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to generate leads and represent the company.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Knowledge of international business development is a must.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
  • 2–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and the Microsoft Office Suite. And other tools like Zoom and Google Meet.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in IT, eLearning, Digital Marketing, Marketplace management
  • Knowledge of international business development.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.
