Business Development Executive

Position: Internship Trainee Associates

Internship Trainee Associate will undergo training at Muthoot Branches, gaining both practical and theoretical knowledge throughout the internship.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Handling walk-in inquiries and supporting customers at the branch for KYC and documentation.
2. Providing customer service and orientation.
3. Cross-selling a range of products within the branch.
4. Making interest collection calls and updating customers.
5. Backend work at the branch, including prospecting and identifying new leads, and pitching to clients.
6. Providing client service to existing customers and managing customer relationships.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Any graduate, male or female (fresher), passed out between 2020 and 2025 from a regular college.
• Good communication skills and presentable.
• Convincing skills and computer knowledge.

Additional Details:

• Vacancy location across all Muthoot branches in South India.
• Stipend: ₹10,000 per month.
• Program: Govt. NAPS & NATS, 6 months full-time internship, with promotion to JRE after completion.
• Salary up to 3 LPA, with quarterly incentives and other benefits.
• Incentive structures include festival bonuses and annual bonuses.
• Promotions:
  • JRE promoted to Assistant Manager after 2 years.
  • Probationary Officers promoted after 1 year.
  • Interns promoted to JRE after 6 months.
