Job Requirements
  • Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow-up on leads assigned.
  • Build a strong relationship/trust with customers by understanding their needs.
  • Process revenue generation through cold calling and frequent follow-ups.
  • Deliver demos/presentations to clients online and convert them into potential clients.
  • Deliver results on time to contribute to company revenue.
  • Conduct marketing research on different CRM applications/software as per client requirements.
  • Explain the product or service to potential customers and suggest the right products.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve related issues.
  • Possess great communication and convincing skills to reach targets.
  • Willing to provide physical demos if necessary or requested by the client in rare cases.
