  • Understand and closely analyze the customer's requirements.
  • Attend inbound calls and make outbound calls to leads generated through various marketing activities, providing necessary project details via email or WhatsApp; perform regular follow-ups and ensure customers' site visits.
  • Handle the entire sales process, from lead handling to site visits and closures.
  • Prepare sales plans and oversee overall sales activities.
  • Expand and maintain a potential customer database.
  • Achieve sales targets and manage collections from customers.
  • Track and analyze sales team metrics, develop plans to improve performance gaps.
  • Set targets, performance standards, and coach sales representatives to enhance performance.
