Job summary

Eight Point Solutions is seeking a driven Business Development Associate (BDA) in Haryana, Gurugram. You will reach out to aspiring career professionals, guide them through the tech landscape, and qualify goals to map how Scaler can help.

You will also follow up with candidates to open new opportunities, while maintaining a diligent focus on daily inputs and outputs to meet and exceed targets. A passion for sales and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of work experience in sales, business development and/or IT services.
• Undergraduate degree in any stream; preferred B.Tech.
• Excellent and proficient verbal and written English communication skills.
• A passion for sales and target achievement.
• Preliminary knowledge of LS Education.

About Role - - As a BDA, you are reaching out to aspiring career professionals and guiding them through the existing tech-landscape. - With a customer-centric approach, you will qualify their career goals and identify how Scaler can help them. - Following up with existing aspiring career professionals to ensure that we are able to open up new realms of possibilities through the power of Scaler - Above all, a committed attitude towards the completion of daily inputs and outputs, with the goal of matching (and exceeding!) targets

Qualifications

Must-Have - 0-2 years of work experience in sales, business development and/or IT services - An undergraduate degree in any stream.Preferred stream - B. Tech - Excellent and proficient verbal and written English communication skills - A passion for sales and target achievement Preliminary knowledge of LS Education:

• UG: B.Tech (Tech), B.Com/BBA (Non-Tech)
• PG: M.Tech (Tech), MBA (Marketing & Sales)

Experience : 0–2 years Age: Up to 29 years Background: EdTech experience or Freshers Good-to-Have - Expertise in K12 and other tech-based domains - Folks with proficiency in handling Tech product - Handled a ticket size >50K is an added advantage
