JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Business Development Associate job encompasses a variety of tasks and responsibilities centered around guiding students. This role involves assessing students' abilities and interests, providing information on educational opportunities, and assisting in decision-making.

To offer relevant advice, an education counsellor needs to stay updated with the latest educational trends, scholarship opportunities, and admission processes. They also work closely with parents, teachers, and other educational stakeholders to facilitate a supportive learning environment for students.

Keys & Responsibilities
  1. Lead Generation: Research and identify potential business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, social media, and market research. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Regularly follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
  3. Sales & Negotiation: Present products and services to potential clients, emphasizing their value and benefits. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to craft proposals and presentations.
  4. Market Research & Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities. Analyze client feedback and sales data to refine business strategies.
  5. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by the company. Track progress and report results to senior management.
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, such as marketing, operations, and product development, to ensure smooth execution of business initiatives.
  7. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM. Prepare regular reports and presentations for management.
