Job summary

LH2 AI Labs is seeking an enthusiastic intern for its Supply team in Bangalore. The role focuses on building our supplier pipeline, from first outreach to initial conversations, to identify data sources and licensing potential.

This is an on-site, 3-month internship with a ₹25,000 per month stipend that runs Monday through Friday. Selected interns will gain direct exposure to second-time founders and AI data deals, with a path to a full-time offer upon graduation for high performers.

Qualifications

• English communication: clear, confident written and spoken English.
• Curious about AI, data, and how tech companies work.
• Persistent and resilient when outreach goes unanswered.
• Organized enough to manage a pipeline of 50+ companies.
• Available on-site, Mon-Fri, for the full 3 months.

About the internship:

About LH2 AI Labs:

Built by second-time founders who have built and sold companies before, LH2 AI Labs (lh2.ai) is building the post-training infrastructure for frontier AI models. We bring private, high-quality institutional datasets and vetted domain experts to frontier AI pipelines across verticals like coding, computer use, agentic, medical, audio, and more. For AI to keep progressing, it needs high-quality training data drawn from real production use cases. The public web has already been crawled and trained on - there's nothing left there. That's where we come in: we envision creating a world where frontier models can access data on tap - exactly how they access compute today.

The Role:

You'll join our Supply team, the team that finds and partners with companies that own the private data AI labs require. You'll help build our supplier pipeline, from the first email to the first call. This is a hands-on outreach role, and you'll hear a lot of 'no' before you hear 'yes.'

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Research and shortlist companies that hold valuable proprietary data
