Job summary

Maersk in Pune seeks an Agentic AI Expert with 1.5+ years of hands-on experience to prototype autonomous AI systems and scalable automation solutions. You will design multi-agent architectures, integrate LLMs with RPA bots and APIs, including Power Automate flows, and contribute to AI-driven workflow automation across the product lifecycle.

Working with cloud platforms, data tooling, and automation frameworks, you will collaborate with senior engineers to deliver scalable, compliant AI-RPA

Qualifications

• 1.5+ years of experience in agentic AI systems development and experimentation.
• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, AI guard rails and orchestration frameworks like LangChain or AutoGen.
• Hands-on with Python, SQL, Claude, and libraries such as PySpark and Pandas.
• Knowledge of Azure and containerization tools.
• Exposure to Power Automate and Excel Macros.
• Ability to design, implement and deploy automation workflows with AI agents and RPA bots.

Role : Agentic AI Expert
Work Experience : 1.5+ years’ experience

Key Skills :

• 1+ years of experience in developing and experimenting with agentic AI systems (autonomous agents, multi-agent frameworks, decision-making pipelines).
• Exposure to LLMs (Large Language Models), prompt engineering, AI guard rails and orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or AutoGen.
• Practical experience with Python, SQL, Claude, and familiarity with AI/ML libraries (PySpark, Pandas).
• Good knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure) and containerization tools.
• Hands-on exposure to platforms such as Microsoft Power Automate, Excel Macros is a plus.
• Ability to design, implement and deploy automation workflows combining AI agents with RPA bots.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in research and prototyping of agentic AI systems capable of autonomous reasoning and execution.

• Exposure to RPA development tools (UiPath Studio, Automation Anywhere Control Room, Blue Prism Process Studio, Power Automate Desktop/Cloud).
• Familiarity with data structures, APIs, and system integrations for enabling agent autonomy.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new AI and RPA technologies.
• General Skills:
• A motivated team player with the ability to contribute independently to projects.
• Open to new ideas and innovative approaches in AI and automation.
• Proactive learner who keeps up with advancements in agentic AI and RPA technologies including Power Automate.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eagerness to understand end-to-end processes.

Qualifications:

• Graduate degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields.
• Post-graduation or certification in AI/ML technologies or RPA platforms is a plus.
