Role Description

The Business Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in Khammam. This role involves meeting with clients to understand their goals in areas such as education, careers, business, finance, and international mobility, and providing tailored counseling and advisory support. The Business Counselor will assess client needs, conduct research, and develop structured guidance plans and strategies to help clients make informed decisions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting consultations, preparing and presenting recommendations, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and maintaining accurate client records. The role also requires monitoring client progress, offering follow-up support, contributing to service improvement, and participating in outreach or information sessions to increase awareness of the firm's offerings.

• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, Economics, or a related field are preferred.
• Experience in counseling, advisory services, or client-facing roles in consulting, education, or financial services is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple client engagements, and maintain professional confidentiality is essential.
• Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., office software, presentation tools, CRM systems) and strong organizational skills are beneficial.
