Job summary

Skillventory in Hyderabad is seeking a seasoned BCM/BCMS professional to manage end-to-end BCMS, BIA, risk assessments, recovery planning aligned with ISO 22301 and regulatory requirements.

The role includes planning and executing BCP/DR testing, crisis and stakeholder management, audit coordination, and reporting/awareness through BCM dashboards and documentation.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end BCMS management including BIA, risk assessments, and recovery planning aligned to ISO 22301 and regulatory requirements.
• Plan and execute BCP/DR testing, tabletop exercises, and call-tree tests; track gaps and corrective actions.
• Coordinate crisis/incident response with business and IT stakeholders; support audits and closure of compliance gaps.
• Prepare risk dashboards and management reports; run BCM awareness/training and maintain BCMS documentation, procedures, and communications.

Job description

• BCMS & Risk Management: Manage end-to-end BCMS, BIA, risk assessments, Functional Recovery Plans, and BCP development aligned with ISO 22301 and regulatory requirements.


• BCP/DR Testing: Plan and execute BCP simulations, tabletop exercises, call-tree tests, and IT DR drills; track gaps, corrective actions, RTO/RPO, and recovery readiness.


• Crisis, Audit & Stakeholder Management: Coordinate crisis/incident response, engage business and IT stakeholders, support regulatory/internal audits, and ensure timely closure of compliance gaps.


• Reporting & Awareness: Prepare risk dashboards and management reports, conduct BCM awareness/training programs, and maintain BCMS documentation, procedures, and communications.
