Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Business Consulting Manager in Bengaluru to lead strategic supply chain design and optimization projects for global clients. You will manage project teams, engage with senior stakeholders, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

The role blends leadership with technical analytics, including ETL, modeling, and visualization using Tableau, Power BI, KNIME, SQL, and Python. Global collaboration and client leadership are core expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in supply chain consulting, with focus on network design, inventory optimization, and digital twin modeling.
• Proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Python, Alteryx, and KNIME.
• Experience with supply chain modeling platforms such as Optilogic, LLamasoft, ToolsGroup, River Logic, or similar.
• Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to work with global clients and collaborate across geographically distributed teams.
