Position Summary -
We are looking for a dynamic, insightful, and articulate **Business Consultant (IP)** to join our team. This position is ideal for professionals who are passionate about intellectual property—particularly patents and trademarks—and enjoy direct engagement with corporate leaders, inventors, and legal experts. You will play a crucial role in developing tailored IP strategies and solutions for a diverse industrial clientele.

Key Responsibilities-
- Develop, propose, and implement comprehensive IP strategies aligned with client goals.
- Manage patent portfolios including PCT applications, National Phase filings, and trademark registrations.
- Conduct outbound corporate communication with general counsels, inventors, and stakeholders to identify, pitch, and convert business opportunities.
- Understand various industry needs and translate complex technical inventions into structured IP solutions.
- Monitor international IP regulations and ensure client compliance.
- Draft and review business proposals, licensing agreements, and high-value communication emails.
- Coordinate with attorneys, patent illustrators, and technical teams for documentation and infringement analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications-
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IP consulting or client engagement roles.
- Strong understanding of patent lifecycle, international IP filings, and trade marks, or demonstrable ability to comprehend new inventions across multiple industrial sectors.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to network and build relationships across industries.
- Ability to manage simultaneous projects with keen attention to detail.
- Strong analytical thinking and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Adept at collaborating with legal, technical, and client-facing teams.
- Experience in drafting complex emails, preparing client proposals, and supporting sales outreach.

- Previous experience consulting businesses on IP strategies across varied industries.
- Working knowledge of international patent prosecution and global IP compliance frameworks.
