Job Summary:

Zelite Solutions is looking for an experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV Technical Consultant with strong expertise in development, customization, implementation, integration, and support of Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Business Central solutions.

The ideal candidate brings hands‑on experience across full‑cycle ERP implementations, AL/C‑AL development, report development, API integrations, and system upgrades or migrations — and enjoys working closely with functional consultants, project managers, and business stakeholders to deliver high‑quality ERP solutions.

What You'll Do :

ERP Development & Customization

• Design, develop, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Business Central applications.
• Build new functionalities, extensions, and custom modules using AL and C/AL.
• Create and modify Pages, Tables, Codeunits, XML Ports, Queries, and Reports.
• Perform code reviews and champion development best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within Business Central environments.

ERP Development & Customization

• Design, develop, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Business Central applications.

Implementation & Support

• Participate in end‑to‑end implementation projects across multiple versions of Dynamics NAV and D365 Business Central
• Support business process mapping and requirement analysis
• Work across ERP modules including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable/Payable, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Cash Flow Management, Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, and Manufacturing.

Upgrades & Migration

• Execute upgrade and migration projects from Dynamics NAV to Business Central
• Perform technical assessments and upgrade planning
• Ensure data integrity and a smooth transition during migrations
• Resolve upgrade‑related issues and optimize system performance.

Integration & Automation

• Develop and maintain integrations with third‑party applications
• Design and implement API‑based integrations using REST APIs, Web Services, OData, and SOAP Services
• Work with external systems such as CRM, eCommerce platforms, payment gateways, and other business applications

Reporting & Database Management

• Develop and customize reports using RDLC and SSRS
• Work with SQL Server databases for data extraction, optimization, and troubleshooting
• Develop queries and stored procedures where required

DevOps & Source Control

• Manage source code using GitHub and Azure DevOps
• Participate in CI/CD implementation and deployment processes
• Support Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) activities
• Maintain documentation and version control standards

What We're Looking For :

Experience

• 8+ years of hands‑on experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

• RDLC report development, SQL Server database management, query optimization, and data migration/validation.

Nice to Have

• Hands‑on experience with Power BI, Power Apps, and the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Knowledge of SSRS reporting.
• Experience with PowerShell for administration and automation.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, ALM, automated builds/deployments, and automated testing frameworks.
• Experience developing ISV solutions and publishing on Microsoft AppSource.
• Exposure to Azure services and cloud deployments.

Team Management & Work Allocation:

• Manage and mentor a team of researchers, ensuring productivity and skill development.
• Assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Data Consolidation & Processing:

• Aggregate, process, and analyze secondary research data to create meaningful insights.
• Review and refine data to meet client‑specific requirements.

Delivery Management:

• Plan, prepare, and oversee the timely delivery of research and enriched account data.
• Ensure deliverables meet client expectations and predefined standards.

Client Communication:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
• Understand client requirements thoroughly and provide regular updates on progress.
• Prepare weekly and monthly delivery reports for billing purposes.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate invoicing based on delivered data.
• Estimate timelines for deliverables and align them with client expectations.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure on‑time delivery.

Requirement Gathering & Translation:

• Conduct detailed discussions with clients to understand and document their requirements.
• Translate client requirements into actionable tasks for the research team.
