Responsibilities

• Lead client workshops and gather business requirements for Temenos Transact implementations.
• Define business solutions and configurations for TPH/Temenos projects.
• Create and validate functional designs (FSD/IRD) and deliver end-to-end configurations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with banking processes (retail/corporate).
• Support development, SIT, and implementation activities across TPH solutions.

In the role of Temenos Payments Hub (TPH) - Functional Consultants (BA)Business Architect, a typical day involves leading comprehensive assessments of the current business environment to uncover opportunities that can deliver measurable value to the client. This includes engaging with various stakeholders to understand overarching customer needs and translating these insights into well-defined business solutions and frameworks. The role also requires the development of detailed business cases that support the realization of strategic visions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations. Collaboration and strategic thinking are central to driving impactful business transformations throughout the day.

Roles & Responsibilities

• 1. Strong expertise in conducting client workshops, business requirements analysis, solution design, and end-to-end functional implementation of TPH solutions, Functional Solution Design & Configuration, Configure payment workflows, routing rules, queues, processing rules, and business parameters.
• 2. Perform functional setup across Development, SIT
• 3. Must have worked in T24 implementation projects
• 4. Strong understanding of Retail/corporate banking process
• 5. Prior experience of writing FSD, IRD is must.

Technical Skills

• 1. Good understanding of T24 Core modules, Temenos Payment Hub (TPH) - SWIFT, SIC, SEPA, IP payments etc.
• 2. XML & File Customization
• Customize and maintain:
• 0 XSLT transformations
• o XSD schemas
• o Queue properties files and related configuration artifacts
• Ensure compatibility with ISO 20022, SWIFT

Professional Skills

• 1. Candidate should possess excellent communication written oral and interpersonal skills
• 2. Experience working in Agile environment
• 3. Ability to learn new client applications

Additional Information

• - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Temenos Transact.
• - This position is based at our CDC2A - SEZ office.
• - A 15 years full time education is required.
