Overview

• Ventra Health is seeking a Program Management Analyst with excellent analytical,communicationandsoftware skills to support the design,implementation, and managementofnewbusinesssystems and processes used bya wide range of Ventra Stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Work with the business to gather information and developsystemrequirements and mockups forkeyworkflows

• Work with vendor teamstoassistin the design andbuildofrule-basedworkflows, automation,reporting packages, and dashboards
• Understand business processes and produce process flow diagrams
• Liaise with the business to help understand and answer system related questionsand troubleshoot issues
• Prioritizeand manage a significant volume of escalation inflow, ensuring issues are triaged, routedand resolved in a timely manner
• Manage reporting and dashboards to ensure continuous transparency to stakeholders at various levels
• Adapt system configurationsbased on identified business needs
• Coordinate testing scenarios for system changes and enhancements and work with teams to move changes to production
• Ensure proper change management for system changes as well at attend Governance meetings.
• Performs special projects and other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent training
• At least three (3) years of Business Analyst experience. Must include experience working within a high performing reporting team
• One to two (1-2) years of computer support experience, preferred.
