Qualifications

• Experience with Secured Lending products such as Home Loans, LAP, Mortgage, Vehicle, and Gold loans.
• Ability to gather requirements and translate them into BRD/FRD/User Stories/Use Cases.
• Exposure to LOS, LMS and Digital Lending platforms; understanding of credit underwriting and loan servicing.

Responsibilities

• Interact with business users to gather and document requirements and translate them into functional specs.
• Prepare BRD, FRD, User Stories and Use Cases; conduct gap analysis and suggest improvements.
• Coordinate with Product Owners, Business, Operations, Risk, Legal and IT; facilitate workshops and sign-offs.
• Collaborate with development and QA during design and implementation; support LOS/LMS/digital lending initiatives.
• Prepare test scenarios, SIT/UAT support, track defects and coordinate resolutions.
• Create process flows, wireframes, and MIS reports for loan processing KPIs.

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with expertise in the Secured Loans domain to support digital transformation and process automation initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of secured lending products such as Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), Vehicle Loans, Gold Loans, and Mortgage Loans. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and operations teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and deliver efficient lending solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Requirements Gathering & Analysis

• Interact with business users and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), User Stories, and Use Cases.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development teams.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements.

2. Secured Loan Process Expertise

• Understand end-to-end Secured Loan lifecycle including:
• Lead Management
• Loan Origination
• Credit Assessment
• Property Valuation
• Legal Verification
• Sanction & Disbursement
• Loan Servicing & Collections
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal lending policies.

3. Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate with Product Owners, Business Teams, Operations, Risk, Credit, Legal, and IT teams.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions, and solution walkthroughs.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and obtain sign-offs on requirements.

4. Solution Design & Implementation

• Collaborate with development and QA teams during solution design and implementation.
• Support LOS (Loan Origination System), LMS (Loan Management System), and Digital Lending Platform initiatives.
• Participate in system integration discussions involving Core Banking Systems, Credit Bureaus, e-KYC, CKYC, Account Aggregator, and Valuation Agencies.

5. Testing & UAT Support

• Prepare test scenarios, test cases, and business validation documents.
• Support SIT and UAT activities.
• Track defects and coordinate resolution with technology teams.

6. Reporting & Documentation

• Create process flows, wireframes, and business process models.
• Prepare MIS reports and dashboards related to loan processing and operational KPIs.
• Maintain project documentation and knowledge repositories.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or Information Technology.
• MBA / PGDM preferred.
• Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, Agile BA, Scrum, or Banking Certifications are advantageous.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with Banks, NBFCs, FinTech's, or Lending Product Companies.
• Exposure to Digital Lending, Mortgage Lending, and Loan Origination Systems.
• Experience in Agile and Waterfall project environments.
