Job summary

Tesslogs IT Solutions is seeking an experienced Business Analyst – Supply Chain Management with 5+ years in business analysis focusing on SCM processes. You will gather requirements, map processes, and document BRDs/FRDs while coordinating with procurement, planning, inventory, and logistics teams.

Applicants should have strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder communication with experience in ERP implementation and digital transformation projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Supply Chain Management.
• Strong understanding of Procurement & Source-to-Pay (S2P).
• Inventory Management, Demand & Supply Planning, Warehouse Management (WMS).
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, validate, and document business requirements from supply chain stakeholders.
• Conduct requirement workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process discovery sessions.
• Translate business requirements into BRDs, FRDs, functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst – Supply Chain Management with 5+ years of experience in business analysis and strong expertise across supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering

• Gather, analyze, validate, and document business requirements from supply chain stakeholders.
• Conduct requirement workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process discovery sessions.
• Translate business requirements into BRDs, FRDs, functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Perform current-state and future-state analysis and identify process gaps.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend effective business solutions.

Supply Chain Process Optimization

• Analyze and optimize end-to-end Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes.
• Work across Procurement, Source-to-Pay (S2P), Demand & Supply Planning, Inventory, WMS, Logistics, Transportation, and Order Fulfillment.
• Identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, cost-saving opportunities, and improvement areas.
• Develop future-state process models, workflows, and business process documentation.

Project Delivery & Implementation

• Support SCM transformation, digitalization, ERP implementation, and process improvement projects.
• Collaborate with business teams, IT teams, developers, solution architects, and implementation partners.
• Participate in solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
• Track project deliverables, risks, dependencies, issues, and business impacts.
• Plan and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and business validation.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze supply chain KPIs, operational metrics, and business performance data.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and management insights.
• Identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities through data analysis.
• Support master data governance, data quality, and reporting initiatives.
• Work with business and technical teams to define reporting requirements.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams.
• Manage communication with cross-functional supply chain teams.
• Present requirements, process improvements, project status, risks, and recommendations.
• Facilitate collaboration between procurement, planning, inventory, warehouse, logistics, and IT teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Supply Chain Management.
• Strong understanding of:
• Procurement & Source-to-Pay (S2P)
• Inventory Management
• Demand & Supply Planning
• Warehouse Management (WMS)
• Logistics & Transportation Management
• Strong experience in requirements elicitation, documentation, process mapping, and gap analysis.
