Data Management & Reporting

• Automate reporting processes and reduce manual effort through optimized BI solutions.
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards, management reports, and executive business reviews.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with Business, IT, and Functional Teams to understand reporting and analytical requirements.
• Participate in requirement gathering workshops and solution design discussions.
• Act as the primary contact for user queries, report enhancements, and issue resolution.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate deployment of reporting solutions.
• Provide regular status updates and presentations to stakeholders and management.

Analytics & Insights

• Perform exploratory data analysis and identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
• Develop predictive and descriptive analytical reports wherever required.
• Support business teams with ad-hoc analysis and data-driven recommendations.
• Create periodic MIS reports and performance tracking dashboards.
