Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience in Life Insurance, specifically in Policy Servicing.

• Good understanding of SDLC, Agile/Waterfall methodologies, and testing lifecycles.

Role & responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to understand, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Prepare BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Perform impact analysis for business enhancements, regulatory changes, and new initiatives.
• Work closely with Development, QA, Product, Operations, and Business teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support solution design, SIT, UAT, implementation, and production rollout activities.
• Facilitate requirement walkthroughs and stakeholder discussions.
• Provide functional support during testing and production issue resolution.
• Identify opportunities to improve policy servicing processes and contribute to digital transformation initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with business, regulatory, and organizational standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• 58 years of Business Analysis experience in Life Insurance (Policy Servicing).
• Strong understanding of policy servicing processes within a Policy Administration System (PAS).
• Experience in requirement gathering, business process analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Good understanding of SDLC, Agile/Waterfall methodologies, and testing lifecycles.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with business users, technology teams, QA teams, and external vendors.
