Job summary

Protiviti India seeks a functional Business Analyst - Liquidity to support regional migrations from legacy PCC platforms to modern Liquidity Management Systems (LMS). This role bridges treasury and technical delivery teams, driving specification, impact analysis, and end-to-end testing.

The candidate will elicit and document detailed requirements, lead workshops, and manage UAT and defect triage to ensure smooth platform rollouts across regions.

Qualifications

• Proven functional BA experience in Corporate/Wholesale Banking with focus on Liquidity Management or Cash Management.
• Hands-on experience with liquidity systems and platform migrations (e.g., PCC to LMS).
• Proven ability to write agile user stories, map interfaces/data, and manage UAT defects.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria with traceability.
• Support regional migrations from PCC to LMS.
• Facilitate workshops and translate business needs into process/data/interface impact models for engineering teams.
• Lead testing and implementation workstreams: coordinate UAT, triage defects, ensure operational readiness for rollouts.

• Facilitate requirements workshops and clearly articulate business needs into process, data, and interface impact models for engineering teams.
• Lead testing and implementation workstreams: manage UAT coordination, defect triage, and operational readiness to ensure smooth platform rollouts.

Key Requirements:

• Proven functional BA experience in Corporate/Wholesale Banking with focused exposure to Liquidity Management or Cash Management.
