Ageru is looking for a Business Analyst Intern to join the team and work under the BNR-Quality CEO and the Business Engineer. You will create implementation documents on business processes and support daily activities across CRM, QMS, and Marketing platforms.

The role emphasizes proactive thinking, fast delivery with accuracy, and collaboration with a small multi-disciplinary team to improve the organization. Remote work is possible twice a week and the internship provides daily lunches.

Qualifications

• Communication skills in English and Dutch are mandatory.
• HBO or University studies with major in Business & IT.
• Basic knowledge of organizational and business processes.

Responsibilities

As Business Analyst Intern, you will be part of the Ageru team. Together with the BNR-Quality CEO and Business Engineer, you are responsible for creating all sorts of business analysis.

You are result driven, ambitious and like getting things done as quickly as possible, in a smart and accurate way.

Responsibilities

• Perform data analyses to support Business Goals
• Dive deep into large market datasets to uncover valuable insights for the business
• You support the thinking process, get to work with the backlog and support the Business Engineer where necessary
• A strong need not to do the same thing every day and to improve the working environment of the organization
• You have good Process management skills and research qualities

As a business Analyst Intern, you will work closely with the members of the BNR-Quality team. We are currently a team with a Business Engineer, UX/UI Designer and Front- and Backend developers to develop an all-in-one platform concerning topics like CRM, QMS and Marketing. Your job will be to create implementation documents on Business processes and support Business Engineer on day to day activities.

The Person We Look For Has

• Communication skills in English (Mandatory) and Dutch
• HBO or University studies with major in Business & IT
• Basic knowledge of Organizational and Business Processes
