Freshers are not eligible; only candidates with a minimum of 6 months of Business Analyst internship or relevant work experience will be considered.

The role offers a stipend of INR 10,000–15,000 per month for a 36-month internship with PPO potential, and requires full-time work from the Gurugram office.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM (pursuing or completed) or related postgraduate qualification in Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 months of Business Analyst internship or relevant work experience is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, data analysis, MIS reporting, and dashboard preparation.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Candidates must be willing to work full-time from the Gurugram Corporate Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain MIS reports, business dashboards, and performance scorecards.
• Track KPIs and analyze business performance data.
• Maintain Excel-based trackers and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Analyze business data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Support data validation, reporting automation, and process improvement initiatives.
• Prepare presentations and reports for management reviews.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect and consolidate business information.
