Job summary

Cloudxtreme in India seeks a seasoned Business Analyst with 5-8 years in IAM and related technical support roles to collaborate with global teams in Malaysia, Chennai, and banking application teams.

You will lead manual discovery of IDP and API gateway usage, capture data on API authentication, credential lifecycles, and governance gaps, and work with IAM architects and product owners to enable scalable onboarding solutions.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years experience in Business Analysis, IAM, or related technical support roles.
• Strong knowledge of IDP concepts and API authentication mechanisms (OAuth, SAML, API keys).
• Familiar with Agile methodologies and risk management.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and data gathering skills.
• Experience in IT security, access administration, and project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with global teams in Malaysia, Chennai, and across bank application teams.
